SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -

South Sioux City police need help to find a man who was caught on camera dumping animal carcasses.

Police chief Scot Ford says the video was taken Monday morning along Foundry Road.  The man in the video is dumping deer carcasses out of the back of a pick-up.

Ford says it's illegal to dump carcasses in a public right of way.  If caught, a person can face a fine and possibly jail time.

Anyone with information on this man is asked to contact the South Sioux City police department at 402-494-7555.
