The keynote speaker Friday morning was national author, speaker and success coach Julie Clark.
The 2012 AG-Ceptional Woman award was presented to Nancy Kirkholm of rural South Sioux City. Kirkholm has been operating the family farm for the past three years along with her children following the death of her husband.
The conference was held at the Lifelong Learning Center on the Norfolk Campus of Northeast Community College.
