Even Los Angeles Lakers' star Kobe Bryant says what happened on the basketball court in Grinnell, Iowa Tuesday night was "pretty insane."

Grinnell College's Jack Taylor shattered the NCAA scoring record with 138 points in a 179-104 victory over "Faith Baptist Bible."

The 5'10" sophomore from Wisconsin sank 52 of 108 shots from the field including 27 three-pointers plus seven free throws.

Taylor shattered the old record set in 1954 by 25 points!

Ironically, Faith Baptist's top scorer on the night pumped in 70 points of his own of his team's loss.
