Another Norfolk man faces felony charges after a shooting incident that started as a case of road rage on Thanksgiving night.
NORFOLK, Neb. (KTIV) -
26-year-old Matthew Brandl is charged with Terroristic Threats and Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony.
The complainant says Brandl was driving erratically behind him and made a gesture as he passed.
The other driver told police he followed Brandl to the 100 block of Omaha Avenue and pulled his car in front of Brandl's.
When the complainant got out of his car and started walking toward the suspect, police say Brandl got out of his car and fired a handgun.
Both drivers got back in their cars and left.
Brandl was arrested the following day in Stanton County.
