Group offers ways to support military members during the holidays

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Kick-off the holiday season by thanking those who are away from family, and friends, serving our country.

On November 27th, the Southern Hills Mall and Support Siouxland Soldiers will celebrate "Give-Back Tuesday"

At the mall you find Santa's House, and decorate a card, or write a note of appreciation to our troops who are serving overseas.

Support Siouxland Soldiers will place each card into a care-package filled with holiday goodies and ship them to our deployed Siouxland Troops.

The event starts at 3:00pm and runs through 7:00pm Tuesday night.
