Sioux City is highlighted during NAIA Volleyball Championship

NAIA Women's Volleyball Championship starts Tuesday.

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

The NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship starts Tuesday.

The City of Sioux City's Events and Facilities Department says it will bring 24 teams, coaches and fans from all across the U.S. into Sioux City.

Aran Rush, the executive director, says these people will fill up local hotels, eat at restaurants, visit attractions, and spend more than $1,000,000 in Siouxland.

The games are played at the Tyson Events Center daily and it runs through Saturday, December 1st.
