DES MOINES, Iowa (KTIV) -
At the Iowa summit on bullying, officials crowned the winner of the governor's contest to make the best "anti-bullying" public service announcement.
Hartley-Melvin-Sanborn's entry from its seventh grade class took top honors, and $500 in cash.
Five entries in the contest came from Sioux City. Two of them made it to the final round of competition: Sioux City North and Bishop Heelan.
Bishop Heelan won the city-wide competition in 2011. This was the first year it was done at a state level.
