16 arrested in Storm Lake drug operation

STORM LAKE, Iowa (KTIV) -

Police in Storm Lake, Iowa made a series of arrests in an initiative they call 'Operation Shadow Client".

It began with the execution of a search warrant Tuesday morning at 111 East 10th Street.

Police say they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They arrested 47-year-old Jairus Edwards of Storm Lake on drug possession charges.

Officers then arrested 15 more people, wanted in connection with on-going illegal drug investigations.

Those charges include delivery or possession of meth, marijuana, prescription drugs.
