The fifth-ranked Briar Cliff women's basketball team defeated the Prairie Wolves of Nebraska Wesleyan, 77-39, Wednesday in GPAC basketball action.

Freshman Alex Fuller led Briar Cliff with 12 points. Kelsey Evans and Mattie Murren each had 10 points for the Chargers, who led 42-16 at halftime.

Nebraska Wesleyan made just 24% of their shots from the field. Briar Cliff shot 44% with eight three-pointers.

The Chargers improve to a perfect 8-0 overall and 4-0 in GPAC play.
