Sioux City Police respond to an incident at an apartment downtown

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Officers tells us there was an argument between two neighbors at 11th and Nebraska Thursday afternoon.

Authorities say someone called police and said that he had been shot, but he wasn't.

Police took another man into custody but since there was no actual shooting he is no longer consider a suspect.

Police say alcohol was involved.

They also say the victim had minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

No weapons were found at the apartment.
