SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

36-year-old Kimberly Pauley is charged with failing to yield while making a left turn, not having car insurance or a driver's license.

Police say Pauley was turning into a driveway on Correctionville Road back in September, when she hit a motorcyclist.

That motorcyclist, 25-year-old Cody Harris, was killed.

Witnesses say Harris was going fast and doing a wheelie at the time.
