Officials say it will create 20 jobs over the next three years.

NORTH SIOUX CITY, S.D. (KTIV) -

The company is a manufacturer of custom-designed wood post-and-beam barn kits.

It plans to open a new sales operation in North Sioux City.

Officials say it will create 20 jobs over the next three years.

Sand Creek barns currently stand in 49 states and Canada.
