Neb. man charged with killing ex-girlfriend, man

Two people are dead and we're now learning more about what may have happened inside a Northeast Nebraska mobile home in the moments before and after the killings.

Court documents reveal one of the people killed is the ex-girlfriend of the man charged with murder.

Authorities believe 25-year-old Victoria Lee formerly of Missouri Valley, Iowa and 30-year-old Gabino Vargas formerly of Omaha were shot to death before it was set on fire.

Authorities say Victoria Lee was Hinrichsen's ex-girlfriend.

They had apparently had problems recently and authorities say she may have been living at the mobile home with Vargas.

According to court documents, 33-year-old Matthew Hinrichsen admitted the crime to his father shortly after the murders.

He was found naked inside his family's home which south of the crime scene on 510th Avenue.

Lawrence Hinrichsen told officers Matthew said he was naked because he burned the clothing he had been wearing.

Family members told authorities Hinrichsen owned a .22 caliber pistol and had recently purchased an AK-47 both were missing from the residence at the time.

Hinrichsen went before a judge this afternoon in Antelope County Court.
