A Yankton, SD man has been charged in the death of another Yankton man earlier this fall

Darwin Jans has been indicted on a charge of Second-Degree Murder.

YANKTON, S.D. (KTIV) -

57-year-old Darwin Jans is accused of assaulting 59-year-old Larry Goodman on September 19th.

Goodman died on October 6th of what an autopsy concluded was a head injury.

Jans has been indicted on a charge of Second-Degree Murder.

He faces life in prison if convicted and remains in jail on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
