It's game day for the Morningside Mustangs

ROME, Ga. (KTIV) -

Thursday night, they play for the NAIA national football championship in Rome, Georgia.

After nearly two weeks of build up for the title game, the Mustangs are ready to hit the field.

On Wednesday, the team was on the practice field ahead of their match up with Marian of Indiana.

Wednesday night, both teams attended the Banquet of Champions.

Kickoff this evening is at 5:30 central standard time.

KTIV's Nick Filipowski is there.

He'll have pre-game and post-game reports tonight from Georgia at 5, 6, and 10.
