SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
Sioux City officials and the Community School district will try again to come to an agreement over the district's next proposed elementary school.
The district wants to partner up with the city on a new northside building.
The district is asking for help to pay for road work around the property, which is the former Hoover Middle School.
During their last discussion, city council members voiced concern over traffic congestion.
School administration says they can move forward on the project without the city council's support.
They think the project would be better if they partnered with the city.
