Michael Kapla celebrates his first period goal against Waterloo.
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
T.J. Stenglein scored two goals and Michael Kapla and Jake Guentzel added on of their own as the Sioux City Musketeers defeated Waterloo 4-3 Friday night at the Tyson Events Center.
Less than five minutes into the game, Waterloo broke through first on Liam Pecararo's goal.
Stenglein found the back of the net 10 minutes later and Kapala put the Muskies up 2-1 with his goal, which came with under two minutes to play in the first.
Tied at two, Stenglein netted his second goal of the game after a 10 minute misconduct was called on the Blackhawks.
Sioux City improves to 7-15-6 on the year and is in Lincoln Saturday night. The puck drops at 7:0
