Iowa, Nebraska plan to take control of Decatur bridge

You might get to keep your dollar and still be able to cross the Decatur bridge.  Nebraska and Iowa are working on an agreement to take ownership of the toll bridge that connects the two states, and that would get rid of the toll.  Right now, the nearly 2,000 vehicles that cross it daily don't pay for the rising cost of maintenance and repairs.
