Northeast Nebraska crash kills Siouxland man

SCRIBNER, Neb. (AP) -

A Norfolk, Nebraska truck driver has died in the crash of his semitrailer near Scribner. The State Patrol says 51-year-old Gary Kiepke was eastbound on U.S. Highway 275 late Tuesday night when his truck crossed the center line. It went into the ditch and into some trees.

The patrol says Kiepke wasn't using his seat restraints. The crash is being investigated.
