Arraignment date set for suspect in Norfolk, NE club shooting

NORFOLK, Neb (KTIV/US92) -

An arraignment date has been set for a Madison, Nebraska man accused of shooting another man in the face. Police say 28-year-old Jordan Beehn shot 28 -year-old Jorge Zepeda-Flores outside Club Hollywood in Norfolk in November.

Witnesses say it started when Beehn's wife Kelly, got into a fight with a friend of Zepeda-Flores. He tried to step in and that's when Jordan fired. Kelly later told police her husband admitted to shooting somebody.

Jordan will be in court next month on charges of assault and weapons charges. He also faces charges in Stanton County for allegedly fleeing from authorities after the shooting. He'll be in court on those charges Friday.
