Rawhide Bull Riding Challenge comes back to Sioux City

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

While temps are cold outside, things are heating up with some action packed bull riding this weekend at the Tyson Events Center/Gateway Arena in Sioux City.

The Rawhide Bull Riding Challenge is this Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.  Stock Contractor Marty Barnes says you can meet or maybe just see this Brahma bull named Ralco-Slim-Mix.  He weighs in at about 23-hundred pounds.  Barnes says the challenge is a great family friendly event.

"We'll buck a bunch of bulls each night. We'll have clowns and bull fighters, some vendors upstairs, there's some shopping, there's entertainment, there's good food. It's something for the whole family as far as adults and kids alike," Marty Barnes, Stock Contractor for the Rawhide Bull Riding Challenge said.

Kids can also see some sheep and goats up-close at a petting zoo.  If you want to go to the Rawhide Bull Riding Challenge.  Tickets range from $11 to $50 for VIP tickets.  Contact Ticketmaster to purchase tickets for this event.
