Snacking is the downfall for a lot of us trying to lose weight. Some advice on good snacks on this week's Centsable Health.
Fareway registered dietitian Caitlyn Lines is sharing some healthy snacking tips.
Plan ahead:
Have healthy snacks on hand and accessible. Less healthy snacks should be out of site.
Portion Control:
Get the right gear like measuring cups, individual baggies and containers. They can be used to measure proper food portions.
Pair a protein:
It'll help you stay full longer. Some examples of good protein pairings are cheese, nuts or nut butter, and eggs.
