Gary the goat gallops free from an Australian courtroom.
A goat finally had its day in court in Australia.
Gary the goat was nabbed by police back in August for eating flowers outside of Sydney's Museum of Contemporary Art. They fined its owner $465 for the meal. But the case was dismissed Wednesday by a judge who said there was no evidence Gary's owner brought him there with the intention of vandalizing the vegetation.
The lawyer for Gary's owner argued that the police fined the wrong person, saying police should have issued the ticket to the goat.
