SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
A Sioux City man accused of robbing a local bank at gunpoint has pleaded not guilty to federal charges.
26-year-old Johnnie Hawkins, Junior, entered his plea in U.S. District Court, in Sioux City, on Tuesday.
