Traffic camera bill is introduced to Iowa Senate

A group of Iowa lawmakers has introduced a bill to ban traffic cameras.

Senate file 19 would require the removal of all devices already in place.

Under the proposal, the cameras would be unplugged by July 1^st of this year.

But in the meantime, if you receive or have received a ticket, you still need to pay the fine, even if the bill passes.
