For the 41st time... cyclists will pedal their way through the Hawkeye state on the Des Moines Register's Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa.
This year, they'll be rolling right through the state capital.
The ride will kick-off in Council Bluffs, Iowa on July 21st.
Overnight stops announced tonight are Harlan, Perry, Des Moines, Knoxville, Oskaloosa and Fairfield.
The trip ends on July 27th in Fort Madison.
This year's river-to-river ride is the second-shortest route in history, at 406.6 miles.
