Waterloo police seize gun after traffic stop

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

Two Waterloo men face weapons related charges after police found a loaded gun during a traffic stop.

It happened Friday near Logan Avenue. Police stopped a vehicle driven by 36-year-old Torrie Newton.

During an investigation officers found a loaded semi-automatic handgun concealed near the passenger seat where 45-year-old Devonner Coleman was sitting.

Both are in the Black Hawk County Jail.
