NELIGH, Neb. (KTIV/US92) -
33-year-old Matthew Hinrichsen and 38-year-old Aaron White were both arraigned in Antelope County District Court in Neligh Wednesday morning.
Both sat silent to the charges read against them, and had not guilty pleas entered for them by Judge James Kube.
Hinrichsen faces murder and felony weapons charges related to the deaths of newlyweds Victoria Lee and Alex Vargas in their Ewing trailer on December 8th.
Their bodies were found in their burned-out trailer.
Hinrichsen is being held without bond at the state prison in Lincoln.
His trial is set for April 8th.
White, meanwhile, faces felony assault and criminal mischief charges related to an incident near Brunswick on December 18th.
Authorities say he damaged property and rammed a state patrol vehicle with his tractor, injuring an officer.
White's trial was also set for April 8th.
He's being held in the Madison County Jail on one-million dollar bond.
