The hay ride at Camp Foster even had blankets for those who got too cold.
SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -
Camp Goodwill kicked off it's first ever Winterfest.
The event was a fundraiser to support the camp and services it runs throughout the year. Activities included a ring toss, photobooth, and live music.
Visitor were also invited to ice skate, watch a chainsaw artist, and hang out by the bonfire. Goodwill opened an indoor activity center they call the Achievement Center last year.
"In the past we've been a summer camp, now with our Achievement Center we're able to have year round events, and we thought what a great way to say thank you to the public," John Hantla President of the Goodwill said.
A silent auction was also held. 400 people were expected to participate.
