Two arrested in Buena Vista County drug bust

STORM LAKE, Iowa (KTIV) -

Two people are in jail after a six month investigation in Buena Vista County, Iowa.  Sheriff's deputies say they arrested 20-year-old Dylan Gustafson of Alta, Iowa and 20-year-old Damien Fischer of Storm Lake on Sunday after serving a search warrant at a mobile home at 117 North Main Street.

Inside the home police say they found a meth lab along with methamphetamine and marijuana.  Storm Lake Police also conducted a search of Fischer's home in connection with the investigation.  They found marijuana and meth by-products.

Both Gustafson and Fischer were booked into the Buena Vista County Jail Sunday night charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
