SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
A home on Sioux City's west side is damaged by fire Monday. Fire broke out around 4:15 p.m. inside 1510 West Third Street.
Fire Prevention officer Jesse Pedersen says a neighbor noticed smoke coming from upstairs, then went next door, and alerted the three people in the home.
When crews arrived, flames were coming from that upstairs area.
The family was also able to rescue their pets.
No one was hurt.
The Red Cross is on the scene helping the family.
