SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -
There's a flapjack feast that will benefit the St. Luke's Children's Miracle Network.
Tuesday, February 5th is National Pancake Day. To celebrate, IHOP locations across the country are serving up free "short stacks" to raise some cash for an organization that helps support children's health care at St. Luke's Regional Medical Center in Sioux City.
From 7a.m until 10p.m. customers can get three buttermilk pancakes for free. However, they're encouraged to donate the money they would have spent to the Children's Miracle Network.
The money raised will stay in Siouxland to help purchase specialized equipment children and infants, along with other health-related needs.
Sioux City's International House of Pancakes is located at 801 Gordon Drive.
