Trial date for Fernando Jaimes Martinez moved

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

The trial for a man accused of killing a Sioux City woman has been delayed.

Police say after an argument broke out near 1602 Villa Avenue, 33-year-old Fernando Jaimes Martinez fired a gun into crowd.

Martinez faces several charges including first degree murder and willfull injury in the death of Karla Gonzalez.

His trial has been moved to March.
