UPDATE: Police release victim's name in Norfolk, NE weekend shooting

NORFOLK, Neb. (US92/KTIV) -

Police in Norfolk, Nebraska release the name of a man who was shot over the weekend.

Officers were called to 701 South 2nd Street just after 3:00 a-am Saturday.  There, they found 20 year-old Devan Key of Norfolk with a gun shot wound to the stomach. 

Key was taken to a local hospital.  His condition is not known.

Police say the shooting happened during a social gathering.

The suspect is described as a heavier-set Hispanic male.  The search for that person continues.

Police continue to interview witnesses.
