SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -
South Sioux City Police say the dog got away from owners Saturday.
The animal was found the next day, but it's fur was spray painted with graffiti.
Paint was on the dog's head and all across its body.
The department and the South Sioux City Animal Control are investigating the incident, calling it animal abuse.
