The cause of a Laurel, NE fire will not be known

LAUREL, Neb. (KTIV) -

The cause of a fire that destroyed two buildings and damaged another in Laurel Nebraska will not be known.

State Fire Marshal Deputy, Jeff Going, says there was too much damage to the buildings to determine an exact cause.

The fire broke out around five Thursday morning.

Going believes the fire started in between floors at the BioComposites building.

The fire then spread to the other buildings.

The BioComposites building and the other housed by Thrivent Financial Services had to be torn down.
