Over 160 Airmen will be welcomed home in a ceremony

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Colonel Brian Miller, Commander of the 185th Air Refueling Wing, along with community leaders will honor 180 members of the 185th who were deployed in 2012.

The annual "Welcome Home Ceremony" will be on Sunday at 2 p.m. in the 185th ARW Fuel Cell Hanger.

Family members are welcome to attend.

Miller says during the last year, the Airmen were deployed to 12 different locations around the globe.

Nearly one third of the Airmen assigned to the 185th ARW deployed in 2012 to locations such as Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Guam, and Antarctica.
