DAKOTA CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -
A Dakota City, Nebraska man is sentenced to four months in jail, after police say he video taped his co-workers in the company's locker room.
As part of a plea agreement 52-year-old Larry Wolf pled no contest to one count of unlawful intrusion.
Court documents say the former Solbar employee videotaped at least two women in the locker room in a state of undress. Authorities say there were as many as 60 video clips.
As part of the plea, Wolf has agreed to obtain a mental health evaluation and be put on probation for two years.
According to Wolf's attorney, his client may not have to serve time in jail. A hearing on that is scheduled for May.
