Isaac Faldmo had 15 points but Dakota Valley lost their regional final on Tuesday, 57-55.

Dakota Valley fell just short of reaching the South Dakota Class A boys basketball tournament,
losing to Tea Area, 57-55, in overtime on Tuesday. Isaac Faldmo led the Panthers with 15 points.
The Panthers had beaten the Titans twice during the regular season, 56-53, and 67-64. Dakota
Valley went to state last year, beating Tea Area 72-49 in the regional final. The Panthers
also went to state in 2000.
Dakota Valley, who were the Class A state runners-up last season, finishes their season at
17-6. The Titans advance with a 20-3 mark.
