UPDATE: Highways open again but authorities urge people to be careful

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Plows are out working to clear the roads for your morning commute, but those roads are still messy.
Click here for the latest road condition report map from the Iowa DOT.
Sioux City received almost ten inches of snow.
Other parts of Siouxland received up to 14 inches.
Woodbury County Sheriff's officials say there haven't been a whole lot of accidents, but there are several cases of cars getting stuck in the snow.
