Posted:
SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

Another delay for a man accused of killing a Sioux City woman.

Sioux City police say an argument broke out near 1602 Villa Avenue in September.  That's when, they say, 33 year-old Fernando Jaimes-Martinez fired a gun into the crowd.

Martinez faces several charges including first-degree murder and willful injury in the death of Karla Gonzalez.

His trial is now set for June.
