Sioux City crews are at work to fix potholes

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KTIV) -

If summer is considered construction season, spring is the time of year for pothole patrols.

In all of 2012, the Sioux City Field Services crews patched 32,582 potholes.

Two and a half months into this year and they've already patched 3,759 potholes.

Crews continue to work on priority and residential streets.

City staff encourage folks to report pothole concerns through the city website or by calling the Field Services office at 712-279-6886.
