MADISON COUNTY, Neb. (KTIV) -
A Siouxland man accused in a string of burglaries over the past few months will stand trial in June.
43-year-old Richard Scrivner, Junior of Norfolk was accused in Madison County District Court Thursday.
Scrivner faces 19 counts of burglary, two counts of theft, and a drug charge related to break-ins at almost 20 businesses in and around Norfolk from mid-December until his arrest last month.
He's also accused of stealing a car near Battle Creek in January.
Scrivner answered not guilty to all 22 counts against him.
He'll be back in court for a pre-trial hearing on June 4th. The trial itself is scheduled to begin June 17th.
Scrivner's still being held in the Madison County Jail in the meantime on a total of $370,000 bond.
