Missing SD inmate caught in South Sioux City, NE

SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) -

Authorities arrested a missing South Dakota inmate in South Sioux City, Nebraska, Thursday.

Officials say 30-year-old Travis Thorngren went missing, on Monday, from the minimum-security unit at the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls.

He had been serving a five-year sentence on a grand theft conviction in Lincoln County.
