Slick roads are blamed for a two-vehicle accident in Norfolk, NE

NORFOLK, Neb. (KTIV) -

Slick roads are being blamed for a two-vehicle accident that closed off parts of a Norfolk, Nebraska neighborhood Friday morning.

Fire and rescue officials were on the scene of the mishap at the corner of Fifth Street and Elm Avenue.

The accident occurred just before nine a.m. forcing an SUV into the front porch of a house and rupturing a natural gas line.

Fire officials closed off a 300-foot radius around the scene for clean up.

There's no word on any injuries at this time.
