Sioux City Farmers Market schedules a meeting for vendors
The Sioux City Farmers Market is holding an organizational meeting on Wednesday, March 27th at 6:00 p.m. at the Gleeson Room of the Sioux City Downtown Public Library, 6th and Pierce Streets in Downtown Sioux City.
Rodger Caudron, with the Sioux City Farmers Market, says the Farmers Market returns this year to the Tyson Events Center parking lot following four very successful years. The first step in this return is an initial organizational meeting to update vendors and introduce ourselves to prospective new vendors.
The meeting is open to all interested vendors and the general public.
Organizers of the Market are looking for additional vendors of fruit, art, crafts, dried or fresh flowers, plants, and dairy products, plus other compatible products to join into the 2013 Sioux City Farmers Market.
In partnership with the City of Sioux City, the Market will again be located at the corner of Pearl Street and Tri View Avenue on the Tyson Center parking lot beginning May 8th and running each week until October 26th on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
