Anti-bullying campaign begins at Nebraska Capitol

A rally will be held at the Nebraska Capitol this week to raise awareness about bullying.

The statewide Stand for the Silent anti-bullying awareness campaign will begin Friday at the Capitol.

The public is invited to attend the rally and show support for people who have been bullied.

State Senator Amanda McGill, of Lincoln, is scheduled to speak at the rally.

It is set to begin at 8:30 p.m. on the north side of the Capitol.
