Authorities in Clinton County suspended their search Saturday night for two inmates who escaped from the county jail hours earlier.
The sheriff says 18-year-old Kendrell Keith and 18-year-old Kyle Julian were last seen running north from the jail just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
It's not clear how the two were able to get out.
Keith was being held on felony theft charges.
Julian was being held on a probation violation.
Authorities suspended their search just after dark.
