Severe storms flip trucks, destroy buildings in Arkansas
Dangerous weather struck the Arkansas community of Botkinburg Wednesday afternoon, destroying homes and flipping trucks.
Frederick Brown was shaken just minutes after his semi-truck landed on its side. He was heading north on Highway 65 when the storm hit.
"You couldn't see anything," Brown said, "All of a sudden, I started spinning out of control for a long time, and then.... it just stopped. And then all I could do was pray and ask the Lord to not let me die."
He crawled out to safety near the parking lot of Botkinburg Foursquare Church, the same place where some took cover under an awning, which eventually blew away.
