Punishing storms hit overnight in Arkansas and Missouri; Great Lakes blanketed by more snow

Mother nature is wreaking havoc across much of the country.

From tornadoes to snow, the weather is causing major problems for millions.

A violent system ripped through the Southeast overnight, spawning tornadoes and scattering debris for miles.

Dozens of homes and businesses were destroyed.

In places like Arkansas and Missouri daylight revealed the extent of the damage.

In other areas flood warnings have been issued as driving rains continue.

There is standing water across at least nine Michigan counties, and a very real concern as the rain continues to fall.

In Minnesota and North Dakota Spring snow is the biggest problem.

Streets in Fargo are covered and more is on the way.

Roads are closed in Minneapolis, and crews there are working through the snow where they can to try and restore power.
